Enable 3P Return Solutions for TikTok Shop and automate your customer return experience
If you already use a 3rd party return platform on your Shopify store, great news! You can now extend this seamless experience to your TikTok Shop customers. Our return solutions support automates TikTok Shop customer returns, so you don't have to manually approve requests in your TikTok Shop seller center.

What does the customer return experience look like once you enable this feature?
Customers can initiate a return on the order detail page in the TikTok app. By clicking “Return your items,” they will be redirected to the return platform showing the items they wish to return.
The return platform auto-approves the return request, allowing customers to complete the process there.
Once your fulfillment team receives the returned items and approves the refund on the return platform, the return status is updated in Shopify. AItoSnap then notifies TikTok Shop that the return is complete.
TikTok Shop will then refund the customers in the TikTok app.
How to enable the return solution support?
🔔 This feature is invite-only on TikTok Shop. Please contact your AItoSnap or TikTok Shop representative if you'd like to enable this feature.
Step 1: Configure your Shopify order number to match the TikTok Shop order ID
To enable this feature, set your Shopify order number to match the TikTok order ID. Go to AItoSnap settings -> Order Sync Rules -> Order ID format
Select "Use TikTok Shop Order ID" and save your settings.
This step is crucial to make sure AItoSnap, TikTok Shop, and your return platform communicate properly. This ensures the correct order information is pulled when your customers request refunds and returns.
Step 2: Contact your AItoSnap or TikTok Shop representative.
Let us know once the settings above is complete. We will contact your TikTok Shop representative to whitelist and configure your TikTok Shop seller account and enable this feature.
Step 3: Customers can initiate returns through your 3P return platform via TikTok.
