Before you start setting up AItoSnap, make sure you can access both your eCommerce platform and TikTok Shop Seller Center account. We support direct connections to Shopify, Amazon. You can find the AItoSnap (or TikTok Shop by AItoSnap) app in the app stores of these platforms. Some platforms may require admin or developer permissions to install an app.
You need “shop owner” access to your TikTok Shop Seller Center to install AItoSnap. If you haven’t completed your TikTok Shop Seller Center account setup, please follow this article to finish the setup first.

Before connecting to AItoSnap, please ensure TikTok Shop is disconnected from any other connectors or integrations with similar functions, including the TikTok app for Shopify (1P). Using multiple connectors at the same time may result in duplicate orders.
Connect your DTC eCommerce store and TikTok Shop
1. Connect your Shopify store
To begin, sign up for a ShoppeDance account. After logging in, you’ll be guided to connect your eCommerce platform. Click “Connect,” and you’ll be redirected to the appropriate app store to complete the installation and authorization.
1.1 Connect your Amazon, Wix, and SquareSpace store
To connect Amazon, Wix, or SquareSpace store, please find TikTok Shop by AItoSnap from TikTok Shop App Store or your eCommerce app store.
2. Connect your TikTok Shop seller account
Once you’ve connected your DTC eCommerce store, you’ll be redirected to TikTok Shop Seller Center to install and authorize AItoSnap.
Log in to your TikTok Shop Seller Center account. When prompted, choose “Unlimited” for the “Duration of partner access,” enter your email (this email is for TikTok’s contact only and not customer-facing), then click “Continue to install.”
Once the authorization is successful, you will be redirected to AItoSnap. Click “Get started” to complete the shop connection setup process.
