When you first install AItoSnap in your TikTok Shop, you'll be asked to select authorization duration (aka. how long our app can access information on your TikTok Shop). This access allows AItoSnap to sync your product, order, and inventory information between platforms. Once that access period expires, AItoSnap can no longer access information on your TikTok Shop. To keep using AItoSnap for syncing between platforms, you'll have to re-authorize AItoSnap app in TikTok Shop Seller Center.

Visit https://seller-us.tiktok.com/services/authorizations to renew authorization now or follow the instruction below.

2. Click My App & Services on the top of the page. It will show you all the apps you've already installed.

3. Find AItoSnap for Shopify in the list, then click 'Authorize' on the right.

4. After clicking Authorize, it will take you to the renewal page for app authorization.

Choose the timeframe for re-authorization, tick the box to agree to the terms, and hit 'Confirm to install' to complete the installation. We highly recommend selecting 'unlimited authorization' to avoid any future hassles.

5. Click 'Authorize'

6. Once it's finished, you'll see a confirmation that your TikTok Shop reauthorization for AItoSnap is complete. Congratulations!
